If you missed my post this morning about my Stubhub Redskins email you can read it here.
Well, it didn’t take long for another email pushing Redskins tickets in my face to come thru, this time arriving from the Redskins themselves… I will ask the question again: what happen to the “hottest ticket in town?” I literally can’t go a day with out having my email flooded with Washington Redskins ticket offers (or at least just this day, but you get the point). Check out the email below:
These emails crack me up the way they mention things and try to swing it to be a deal-breaker. Parking “Inside-the-Beltway?” I’d hope I’d be able to park INSIDE THE BELTWAY, since when did that become a selling point? Why only a 3-month interest-free plan? I can buy Wizards tickets today and get a whole year of interest-free payments, piece of cake. It can’t because the Redskins are in such high demand unlike the Wizards that they don’t need to offer a year-interest free… Ummm, did you read the beginning of this post? I’ve been offered tickets all day on my email.
Either way, it’s interesting to note, that even despite removing 10K seats, the Redskins are pressing to get tickets sold. Embarrassing for what was once such a proud and historic franchise. Clearly, someone had been exaggerating the season-ticket list for way too long…
Doesn’t the truth always find a way of revealing itself?
