It is officially Dallas week in DC and there is no better feeling than being 2-0 heading into Dallas… Oh wait, maybe there is: Dallas COULD HAVE been 0-2.  Either way, with the potential of us going up 3-0 and them dropping to 1-2, this is a huge game, not to mention all the other standard storylines: it’s an NFC East opponent, it’s the Cowboys, we don’t like them, they don’t like us, etc…

So the question is:  where are you watching the game? Let me answer that for you: you’ll be at the Rockville Town Center with us and other great Redskins fans watching the game outside on the jumbotron in the middle of the Town Center.  Below is the actual invite:

Here’s the scoop:  Austin Grill and Oro Pomodoro we’re able to get permission from the city to broadcast the game LIVE outside in the middle of the town center for Monday.  The game will be shown on an extra-large jumbotron, similar to ones you’d see for “movies in the park.”  The festivities will begin at 5:00 with various activities for kids; like games, prizes and giveaways as well as the Fun Bus being present.  There will be some former Redskins in attendance signing autographs and hanging out.  For grown-ups, drinks will be allowed to be purchased from the supporting restaurants; Austin Grill and Oro Pomodoro and taken outside into the Center.

At 7:00 Ball Hogs Radio will be broadcasting LIVE the pre-game kickoff party from the middle of the Town Center.  We will take you right up to kickoff with detailed analysis, insight, predictions and giveaways.  Hogs Haven will be joining us for a special segment and make sure you follow Ball Hogs Radio on Twitter and Facebook for some additional updates on special guests that will be announced during the week.

This event is the first of its kind in Rockville and there’s no better matchup to kick it off then watching the Cowboys take on our Redskins and I’m expecting it to look something like this:

 

And when Rex hits Moss across the middle to go up 21-0, I’m picturing this being the scene (substitute the USA jerseys with Skins jerseys of course and USA chants with renditions of Hail to the Redskins and this event will be AMAZING)
